Feels choiceless says I don't have a/much choice 

Expects family and friends to be as the common majority 

Says I just don't think about it 

Crowds and group joiner of different sorts ..this is the protective safety shield to justify behaviors thoughts and words  

Prefers predictable things done the same way 

Appears professional to the public 

Pushes conformity onto their children and expects other families to do the same 

Altering recipes is not acceptable 

Unique preferences are considered weird strange bizarre
